Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rillence infrastructure framework ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Access and Licensing

Rillence is a private, closed-access infrastructure framework. Access is granted on a subscription basis and is subject to approval. The Service is provided under a proprietary license—no open-source license applies.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

3. Early Access Terms

The Service is currently in Stage 1: Private Early Access. By subscribing, you acknowledge:

  • The framework is evolving and subject to breaking changes
  • No guarantees, SLAs, or support are provided
  • No fixed timelines or roadmap commitments exist
  • Access may be terminated at our discretion

4. Payment and Subscription

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Minimum commitment period applies as stated at time of purchase
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, and materials provided remain the exclusive property of RillRate DOO. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription period.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RILLRATE DOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved in Montenegrin courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
